- Kitchen – A large and bright kitchen with plenty of counter space, and Cabinets. Double Sink and disposal, Includes a dishwasher, full size refrigerator, and full size stove. The kitchen also has a large breakfast bar with overhang for comfortable four stool seating.
- Dinning Area – A separate dining area that comfortably accommodates four or more people with decorative overhead light. Additional seating is available at the Breakfast Bar.
- Breakfast Bar – Ample overhang of the kitchen counter can accommodate up to four people on stools.
